MySpace: the 'Fuck Ikea' effect

A MySpace search for Ikea (via IceRocket.com) reveals the pitfalls of having a corporate presence online - Ingvar Kamprad might be a little upset to see a 23 year old lady (who lists online marketing as an interest alongside encouraging people to post html code to spread hate about the company he founded:
The page is, and links to a now oddly familiar mess of porn, spam, nonsense and grainy teeenage mugshots. This is not particularly harmful to Ikea's reputation but a sensibily SEO'd MySpace profile in Swedish colours might be a preferable alternative for millions of potential customers - and for other retailers it's driving more traffic than search engines.
